Attention landowners with property that is adjacent to Mossy Bank Park, we are applying for a NYS DEC Open Space Conservation Grant with the intent to expand Mossy Bank Park by 75-100 acres. If you have property that fits these criteria and are interested in possibly selling your property to the Village of Bath, please notify the Village Clerk at (607) 776-3811 no later than Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
